“Food Workshops

The Raw Food Nutrition and Cooking Workshop was a great example on how the Think Do House becomes a collective resource for the community.

The workshop, lead by raw chef Regina Dillard,showed visitors how to prepare raw dishes, with produce from the Perry Ave Farm, and taught them about the health benefits of consuming raw vegan foods.















During this workshop, it became evident that the house has the capacity to attract people in and out of the community,  not only to engage in a particular activity, but to engage others in the discussion of health, environment, and activism.”
